Smaller carcass-removal jobs often start near $400, while larger-animal work such as deer can reach roughly $700 depending on access and site conditions. Treat those as the usual starting points for the operator serving the area rather than a quote; the price for your job comes on the call, and these are the things they weigh. Size and weight
A squirrel is a bag. A deer is a vehicle and often a second person.
Where it lies
On the lawn is a lift. In a crawl space is a confined-space search with insulation coming out. Enclosed costs more because it takes longer, and the time is hard to predict.
How long it has been there
Fresh leaves little behind. Two weeks in a warm crawl space soaks into what is under it, and that comes out too.
Access
A gate, a dog, a deck with no panel, a lane a truck cannot use in spring. Each adds time. Mention it on the call.
Distance
The city and its first ring are routine. Acreage out past Sparta or Caledonia is a drive.
