What you are using

An advertising and booking service for dead animal removal in the Grand Rapids area. By using the site, calling the number or sending the form, you accept these terms.

Your agreement is with the operator

The job itself is agreed between you and the independent operator who returns your call. They set price, timing and scope. Payment, invoicing and any dispute about the work are between you and them; this site is not a party.

Starting points, not quotes

Where a page gives a dollar figure, it is a usual starting point for the operator serving the area, not a commitment. The figure that counts is the one the operator gives you after hearing the job.

Availability

Follows whoever is serving the area at the time. A job inside the area on the communities page is one we expect to place, not one we guarantee will be taken, and no arrival time is promised.

Accuracy

Statements about the city, MDOT and Michigan law reflect those sources when written. Confirm anything that matters with the authority named.

Limits

Provided as it is. Not liable for work an operator does or does not do, or for a decision made on what is published here. Nothing here removes a right under Michigan or federal law that cannot be waived.
