What the form collects

Your name, phone number, ZIP code and what you write in the note. It also records the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, where you arrived from, and any campaign tags in the link, so we can see which pages produce real jobs.

What a call collects

Calls run through a call-tracking service and are recorded, with a notice first. Kept: your number, the time, the length, and the recording.

Who receives it

The operator serving the Grand Rapids area, who pays for the leads this site passes on and calls you back; the people who run the site; and the hosting, form and call-tracking providers that process it for us. Nothing is sold on to advertisers or data brokers.

Browser storage

No advertising cookies. One session-storage item records the page you first landed on and clears when the tab closes.

Removal

Job details and recordings are kept while useful for handling and paying for the work, then deleted. If you would like yours deleted earlier, say so through the contact page from the number you used.
